MOT Type 1 Description
This 0 – 40 mm MOT Type 1 is produced from crushed recycled concrete and other inert materials to meet Clause 803 specifications. It is used to create compact, load-bearing sub-bases beneath roads, pavements, and other hard-surfaced areas. Its blended particle range allows for excellent interlock and compaction, helping to minimise settlement and surface failure. With reduced reliance on primary aggregates, our MOT Type 1 provides a cost-effective and environmentally responsible option for both commercial and domestic groundworks.
